Registered Professional Engineer and Designated Consulting Engineer; Association of Professional Engineers of the Province of Ontario.

Member, Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.


Over forty years of hydrometallurgical and mineral processing experience, including 10 years of operating experience and the balance in consulting.  Consulting activities have encompassed all aspects of metallurgical process development, flowsheet design, and plant operations.  Services have been provided on many uranium, gold and base metal/minor metal projects.

Extensive international experience with the mining industry, as metallurgist, plant manager and environmental specialist.  Specific metallurgical expertise and experience in gold, bauxite, tin, uranium, base metal, and industrial mineral sectors. Recently, expert   metallurgical and environmental advisor to mining companies developing gold and other metallic projects in Brasil, Russia, Turkey, China, Guyana and Canada. Experienced consultant to governments and international agencies on mineral processing, environmental and social aspects of mining projects. Consultations with public representatives on gold and uranium mine developments. Direction of metallurgical testing and industry-government environmental research programs
